Synergia Coaching facilitator Lynne Walley will be one of the notable keynote speakers at The Society of Heads Heads of Junior Schools Conference, set to take place on 10-11 November at Crewe Hall Hotel.
Lynne is a qualified Executive Business Coach and Psychometric Administrator with over twenty years’ experience gained within the Higher Education sector, where she has designed, developed and delivered Corporate Programmes to public and private sector bodies, including in the UK, the National Health Service, the Royal Air Force, the Independent School sector and Local Government Authorities and across Police Forces both in the UK and internationally. During this time she has motivated many individuals to excel in what they do, engaging staff across all levels within education and businesses across the UK to create award-winning teams.
Lynne will be representing Synergia Coaching at the event on 10 November, addressing delegates with the presentation “Dealing with Challenging Times with a Positive Mindset” which will explore the tangible benefits of positive psychology and mindfulness in the workplace. Other keynote speakers will be Barnaby Lennon, discussing “Schools as Businesses” and Durell Barnes will be speaking on “The State of Inspection”.
